In my one and only post, some of you asked if I could write more about a few nail care products so here's a short post (or hopefully short).

U mom prvom i jedinom postu, neki od vas su me zamolili da napisem nesto vise o par proizvoda za negu noktiju, pa evo jedan kratak post(ili se samo nadam da ce biti kratak).
Moyra Nail Hardener
I bought this one a few years ago and since then I've been forcing myself to use it.
Moyra says: Nail Hardener protects and strengthens thin, fragile nails and helps them become healthy and beautiful.
Honestly, this product did no such thing. It's supposed to be a nail hardener but my nails weren't getting any harder while I was using it. The salesperson told me it's a nail base (even though I could and still can read, and on the label it said-nail hardener), so I tried using it like that, but I wasn't impressed. It dries very slowly, so applying nail polish after it takes a while.
It cost around 180 dinars (approx. 2$), so I guess you get what you pay for (even though their nail polishes are way better).

Ovaj komad sam kupila pre par godina i od tada se teram da ga koristim.
Mojra kaže: Ovaj ojačivač noktiju štiti i jača tanke, krte nokte i pomaže im da postanu zdravi i lepi.
Iskreno, ovaj proizvod ne radi ništa slično. Trebao bi da ojačava nokte, međutim moji nokti nisu postajali ništa tvrđi dok sam ga koristila. Prodavačica mi je rekla da je ovo baza (iako sam ja i tada, a i sada znam da čitam, a na nalepnici je pisalo da je ojačivač noktiju), pa sam pokušala da ga koristim tako, ali nisam bila nešto zadivljena. Susi se vrlo sporo, tako da nanosenje laka preko oduzima puno vremena.
Cena mu je bila oko 180 dinara, pa dobijate onoliko koliko ste platili (iako su im lakovi mnogo bolji).Nail line kaže: Bazni lak koji služi za ojačavanje prirodnih noktiju. Nakon redovnog korišćenja, nokti postaju jači i zdraviji. Preporuka je da se lakira dva puta nedeljno.

2. Essie Protein Base Coat
This base coat is also my first product of this type so keep in mind while reading.
Description: Helps strengthen and protect the nail while leaving a smooth finish. Wheat Protein enriches healthy nails for strength and elasticity. Protein Base Coat extends the duration of a manicure.
I bought this base coat a little less than a year ago and it's only half-empty, which is surprising since I've been using it constantly. I only have words of praise for this product! It costs a little over 8$ but it's worth every cent! :)
Before I started using it, my nail polish didn't last more than 3-4 days, and now I have to take it off because I get bored and it can last more than 7 days. Amazing, right?
I've noticed that this base coat fills any creases or imperfections that my nail has, and it dries so quickly that by the time I finish applying it on my last nail, the first one is already dry no matter how thick I apply it!
The only thing it doesn't prevent is my nails getting yellow. It did at first, but they turned yellow-ish in just a couple of months. Maybe I should take a break from nail polishes for a few months... Nah!

Ova baza za nokte je ujedno i moj prvi proizvod ovog tipa, pa imajte ovo na umu tokom citanja.
Opis: Pomaže jačanju i zaštiti noktiju ostavljajuči gladak završni sloj. Pšenični proteini obogaćuju zdrave nokte jačinom i elastičnošću. Proteinska baza produžava trajanje manikira.
Ovu bazu sam kupila pre jedva godinu dana i tek je do pola potrošena, što je vrlo iznenađujuće s obzirom da sam je konstantno koristila. Imam samo reči hvale za nju! Cena joj je 695 dinara ali vredi svaki dinar! :)
Pre koriščenja ove baze, lak na noktima mi nije trajao duže od 3-4 dana, a sada ga skidam iz dosade jer može da izdrži i duže od 7 dana. Iznenađujuće, zar ne?
Primetila sam da ova baza popunjava bilo kakve brazde i nesavršenosti koje moji nokti imaju i suši se jako brzo, pa dok namažem poslednji nokat, prvi je već suv, bez obzira na debljinu sloja koji namažem!
Jedina stvar koju ne sprečava je da nokti požute. U početku je sprečavala, ali su onda naglo požuteli u par meseci. Možda bih trebalo da odmorim nokte od lakova... Ili ne! :)
3. Essence Express Dry Drops
4. Essence Better Than Gel Nails Top Sealer (BTGN TS)
I will write about these two together and try to compare them. I bought the drops first and for a while I didn't know the top sealer existed. The drops just dry the surface of the nail polish while the TS gives it shine and also dries them. The difference is that the drops dry the nail polish faster for sure BUT they don't dry all the nail polish, just the top so if you press it you will have marks, while the TS dries slower but during those 10-25 minutes it dries everyhing-the inside and the out. I recommend getting both of them because the drops are better if you're in a hurry and just need your nails dry, while the TS is a perfect finish for every manicure and you nail polish will definitely last longer (as in 7-10days).

O kapima i završnom laku ću pisati zajedno i pokušaču da ih uporedim. Prvo sam kupila kapi za sušenje i neko vreme nisam ni znala da postoji završni lak/nadlak (u daljem tekstu TS). Kapi osuše samo površinu laka dok TS daje sjaj i takođe ih suši. Razlika je u tome što kapi definitivno brže osuše lak ALI ne osuše sav lak, već samo gornji sloj, pa ako pritisnete ostaće vam tragovi, dok se TS suši sporije ali tokom tih 10-25 minuta on osuši sve-unutra i spolja. Moja preporuka je da kupite oba jer su kapi praktičnije ako ste u žurbi i samo Vam trebaju suvi nokti, dok TS daje savršen finiš svakom manikiru i Vas lak će definitivno trajati duže (7-10dana).
Kapi možete nabaviti u skoro svakoj DM drogeriji, ali TS-a nažalost u Srbiji više nema, ali ako imate nekoga ko živi blizu ili ide u Segedin (Mađarska), može da vam donese iz Rossman drogerije.

5. Alverde Nagelaufbauserum/Nail Repair Serum
I've never used anything from this brand before this serum, but I plan on buying some things during my next shopping spree. I accidentaly found out about it and bought it even though I didn't really know what it's for (except nails, duh :D).2 in 1 care serum for nails and cuticles, enriched with jojoba beads. Caffeine, nettle extract, algae and silk proteins effectively strengthen the nail plate. Aloe Vera moisturizes the cuticles. Application: apply the serum on nails and cuticles several times a week and leave it in briefly. Massage the serum into cuticles afterwards.
The serum itself smells lovely, fresh and it has more of a gel-like formula so you don't have to worry about spilling it. After the first application I noticed that it absorbs very quickly, my cuticles looked somehow refreshed and the nail surface was a little bit sticky but I massaged it into my cuticles once again. After using it for a few months I don't need to push back my cuticles so often, my nails don't seem as yellow as they were and they break less. It's like it hydrates them and nourishes the cuticles at the same time.The price od this serum is approx. 3 euro and It's worth the money. I honestly recommend it!***
Nisam koristila Alverde proizvode pre kupovine ovog seruma, ali planiram u nekoj narednoj kupovini da uzmem još nešto. Slučajno sam saznala za ovaj serum i kupila ga iako nisam baš znala za šta služi (sem naravno za nokte).
2u 1 serum za negu noktiju i zanoktica obogaćen jojobinim zrncima. Kofein, ekstrakt koprive, alge i proteini svile efektno jačaju površinu nokta. Aloe Vera hidrira zanoktice. Upotreba: naneti serum nokte i zanoktice više puta nedeljno i ostaviti kratko da deluje. Na kraju serum umasirati u zanoktice.
Sam serum ima divan miris, svež i gelaste je strukture tako da ne morate da se brinete da čete ga prosuti. Nakon prvog nanošenja primetila sam da se upija vrlo brzo, zanoktice su mi izgledale nekako osveženo a površina nokta je ostala pomalo lepljiva, ali sam to ponovo umasirala u zanoktice. Posle višemesečnog korišćenja ne moram više da guram zanoktice s noktiju, nokti izgledaju manje žuto u odnosu na pre i redje se lome i pucaju. Kao da ih ovaj serum hidrira i ujedno neguje zanoktice.Cena ovog seruma je oko 300 dinara i zaista vredi svaki dinar! Najiskrenije preporučujem ovaj proizvod!

6. Eveline Cuticles and Nails Multi-Nourishing Oil with Avocado Oil and Vitamins
I'll get straight to the point. I do not recommend this oil. It takes forever to absorb and by forever I mean more than an hour. I don't believe any of you have that kind of patience for something that doesn't really nourish cuticles. The smell is nice, the packaging is okay but for the price of approx. $4.50 you can get Essie or something else that will actually help your cuticles.

Da pređem odmah na stvar. Ne preporučujem ovo ulje. Treba mu čitava večnost da se upije i pod "večnost" mislim na više od sat vremena. Ne verujem da iko od Vas ima tu količinu strpljenja za nešto što baš i ne neguje zanoktice. Miris je prijatan, pakovanje je dobro ali za tu cenu ili uz koji dinar više možete da nabavite Essie ili nešto drugo što će zaista pomoći Vašim zanokticama.
